Levico Terme, a tourist gem in the heart of the Valsugana, has become more prestigious thanks to the exclusive Trentodoc wines produced by the brothers Andrea and Giorgio Romanese. Their sun-kissed vineyards are located in a picturesque terroir, whereas their bottles of Trentodoc Pas Dosé, expressing naturalness and a sense of belonging to the territory, lie undisturbed at the bottom of the lake.

LAGORAI DOSAGGIO ZERO
With its prestigious character, Trentodoc represents their territory as a product of excellence. Produced from grapes grown on the slopes of the Lagorai mountain chain, this wine is aged for more than 500 days at the bottom of Lake Levico, at a depth of 20 metres. The label was designed by the artist Bruno Lucchi.
This Trentodoc is aged for 30 months in the rooms of the “Colle delle Benne” fort, an impressive Austro-Hungarian construction. The label was designed by the Austrian artist Viktor Kroll.
Thanks to their close friendship developed over the years, in 2009, as lovers of metodo classico sparkling wine, they started to produce it, almost for fun.
