Cantina Toblino, nestled in the heart of the winemaking area of the Valle dei Laghi, was founded in 1960 by a group of passionate vine-growers who recognised the great viticultural potential of this territory. Today, the winery boasts more than 600 associated vine-growers with almost 850 hectares of vineyards. Every day, they meticulously tend their vineyards, and such continuous manual work requires passion, patience, much commitment and constant training. All this is expressed in their Trentodoc: Antares Brut Millesimato, Antares Nature Millesimato, Antares Rosé Millesimato. Hosteria Toblino, situated in the wine cellar, is not to be missed. Here, you can taste traditional dishes with a contemporary twist.
Antares Nature Millesimato
ANTARES NATURE MILLESIMATO
The purity of a “natural” bubble: Trentodoc Antares Nature Millesimato. The perfection of chardonnay aged for over 40 months on yeasts then disgorged without dosage to maintain and enhance its varietal characteristics. A unique, fresh sip, expression of a territory suited for the production of sparkling base grapes.
Antares Brut Millesimato
ANTARES BRUT MILLESIMATO
When bubbles meet wine, something magical happens. It’s a momentous occurrence, like the birth of a star. Antares is the brightest star in the constellation of Scorpio and this wine sparkles as only the best Chardonnay can. It comes from the Valle dei Laghi and the area’s high hills and mountains.
Antares Rosé Millesimato
ANTARES ROSÉ MILLESIMATO
Made in an area with an age-old winemaking tradition and a special vocation, Trentodoc Toblino Antares Rosé Millesimato expresses and exalts the special features of Pinot nero from the Valle dei Laghi. Its aroma offers pleasant fruity notes. It is a delicate antique pink colour, with a fresh taste, accompanied by a fine perlage. It is excellent as an aperitif and throughout a meal.
