An evocative place lies in the Valsugana countryside, in Castelnuovo, where prestigious locally sourced grapes tell the story of passion, tradition and quality. The estate, belonging to Cantina Cenci, is where Valentino and Silvia grow Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes for the production of a refined Trentodoc with a fresh fruity taste. Production is limited to vineyards covering an area of five hectares.

Cenci Brut Nature has complex and intense aromas due to the hot days and cool nights typical of the Valsugana, its land of origin. With a delicate fragrance of yeast resulting from many months of aging in the bottle, it is harmonious and balanced with a fine and persistent perlage.
Thanks to their close friendship developed over the years, in 2009, as lovers of metodo classico sparkling wine, they started to produce it, almost for fun.
