The de Tarczal winery is based in Isera, in the Vallagarina. It has a long-standing tradition and origins that date back to the years of the Hapsburg Empire. The owner, Ruggero Dell’Adami de Tarczal, and his daughters now make a Trentodoc, “de Tarczal Brut”, which involves a period of 48 months on the lees. This wine can be tasted at our company’s wine bar that is open for lunch and dinner.

DE TARCZAL BRUT
Trentodoc de Tarczal Brut is made from fine Chardonnay grapes grown at 400 metres above sea level. It expresses the specific features of the territory of origin. Its refined and elegant perlage is the result of a long 48-month period on the lees, which enhances the wine, giving it a more agreeable taste and making it very drinkable.
Thanks to their close friendship developed over the years, in 2009, as lovers of metodo classico sparkling wine, they started to produce it, almost for fun.
