The Endrizzi winery has been producing wines since 1885 and has a long history at its back, made of passion and men who believe in work and the terroir. Endrizzi Trentodoc is synonymous with mastery and elegance. Its bouquet speaks of the fresh climate of the Trentino hills and captures the charm of the Piancastello vineyard, one of the very few in Trentino to be structured like an authentic clos. Surrounded by forests and Guyot trained for more than 30 years, it has Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines that come from the Champagne region.
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from small terraced allotments in the Zona Classica of the Cembra Valley. Soft straw color with light green highlights, alive, fine and elegant perlage of minute and continuous bubbles. The perfume is intense, varietal accompanied by light hints of bread crust, which convey a particular refinement. Sapid and salty to taste, yet lively and elegant at the same time.
Endrizzi Piancastello Riserva
ENDRIZZI PIANCASTELLO RISERVA
Made from 60% Chardonnay grapes and 40% Pinot Noir, this wine presents a lively straw-yellow colour, and a happy, minute, continuous perlage. The aroma is intense with a particular fineness, with fragrances of apple, bread crust and light notes of honey and vanilla. A dry, clean, elegant and particularly soft and persistent flavour.
Endrizzi Piancastello Rosé Riserva
ENDRIZZI PIANCASTELLO ROSÉ RISERVA
Made from 60% Pinot Noir grapes and 40% Chardonnay, it has a light, lively rosé colour and a fine and delicate, elegant perlage, minute and continuous. The aroma is intense and complex on the nose, with fragrances of fruit and wine. The taste is lively and extremely personal. A great aperitif, it can also be enjoyed at any stage of a meal.
Endrizzi Masetto Privé
ENDRIZZI MASETTO PRIVÉ
Chardonnay 100% Thin and persistent perlage, rich white and voluminous mousse. Its brilliant and luminous golden yellow color is reminiscent the long refining. Rich, ethereal, stratified, and of extreme elegance. The sensations of blond tobacco and bread crusts intermingle with nutmeg, honey, candid citrus, and apricots, with hints of hazelnuts and a base note leaning towards the mature which exhaults its pleasurableness. Very rich in taste, pleasantly nervous and mineral, enveloping, fleshy, interesting and savory; a long finish carries memories of liquorish and rhubarb exalting both its minerality and its pleasant maturity.
