Mach Riserva del Fondatore
MACH RISERVA DEL FONDATORE
The grapes of Maso Togn are grown seven hundred metres above sea level. The altitude is essential to making this TRENTODOC of broad, complex aromas with its harmony of fruit and yeast flavours.
A Trentodoc, made of 100% Pinot Nero grapes, with a rich and complex aroma that harmoniously combines yeasty and fruity notes, enhanced by a fine perlage. A period of 48 months of aging on the lees gives the wine its silkiness and persistent flavour. Its olfactory and organoleptic properties make it drinkable throughout a meal. An excellent aperitif, it also makes any convivial occasion unique and special.
Thanks to their close friendship developed over the years, in 2009, as lovers of metodo classico sparkling wine, they started to produce it, almost for fun.
