Vine growers since the mid-1900s, in recent years this family has devoted its energies to producing Trentodoc in Brut, Rosé and Riserva versions, thanks to the experience of the father Luigi and to the studies and experience of his sons. The impressive wine cellar, created in a cave carved out of the rock and once a hideout during the First World War, is an attractive and unique environment particularly suited to the production of this type of wine. Brut Rosé Maria Rosa and Riserva Emilio bear the names of those in the family who have been loved and admired.
Trentodoc Ress Brut is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes grown and vinified in wood barrels for at least 9 months before being blended with a part refined in steel vats. Second fermentation in the bottle is carried out in a cave at a constant temperature of 13°C, all year round, allowing this Trentodoc to slowly mature a refined, elegant and persistent perlage. Ress Brut, which remains on the lees for at least 24 months, offers hints of white fruit, citrus fruit, apple and honey.

RESS ROSÉ MARIA ROSA
Ress Rosé Maria Rosa is made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes. Second fermentation in the bottle is carried out in a cave at a constant temperature of 13°C, all year round. Ress Rosé, which remains on the lees for at least 24 months, is an elegant pink colour with hints of wild berries, redcurrants and honey. This Metodo Classico sparkling wine is dedicated to the mother Maria Rosa, from whom it gets its name.
