From the mind of Corrado Linardi, owner of San Michael and the vineyards in the hills to the north of Trento, comes a Trentodoc with a mission: to promote and bring the Trentino region to the fore.It is produced in limited quantities, adhering strictly to the regulations, and aiming to achieve excellence. At San Michael, they work with passion due to the fact that the terrain is so generous and particularly suited to wine growing. Pride in becoming part of the Trentodoc family has encouraged San Michael to produce a great wine.
San Michael Extra Brut
SAN MICHAEL EXTRA BRUT
The wine is made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero grapes, grown, using the classic Trentino pergola and Guyot systems, on the hills of the Valle di Cembra. This Trentodoc Extra Brut reflects the philosophy of this sparkling wine producer, focusing on quality and excellence. Vinified by the white wine method in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, without malolactic fermentation to embrace its territorial features and freshness, it pairs perfectly with all dishes and is an excellent aperitif.
San Michael Brut
SAN MICHAEL BRUT
Great care and attention has been lavished on this first wine from the San Michael wine house: a Brut made from 20% Pinot Noir and 80% Chardonnay with wonderful fruity notes and a nice sparkle. The structure is strengthened by Pinot Noir, which means this Trentodoc can accompany fish dishes as well as dishes with a stronger flavour.
San Michael Riserva
SAN MICHAEL RISERVA
Many months on the lees make this San Michael Riserva a special Trentodoc, enhancing the unique features of Metodo Classico sparkling wine from the mountains and the generous territory it comes from. The aromas of the fine grapes – 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Nero – can be detected on the nose and palate, making every moment at the table special.
San Michael Rosé
SAN MICHAEL ROSÉ
A delicate pastel pink is the background to an intriguing collection of wild fruit and floral aromas, which unite with big, characterful flavours in a splendid balance of acidity and softness, lent wisdom by the Pinot Noir and a hint of Chardonnay.
