The year 1899 was when the first bottles of Metodo Classico sparkling wine were produced in Trentino, thanks to Arminio Valentini, a pioneer in sparkling wine production in the Vallagarina. Today, and at that time, the love for the territory and the constant pursuit of quality continue at the winery of this sparkling wine producer and are the essential aspects of production. Today, we make two Trentodoc wines: Valentini di Weinfeld Brut Millesimato, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, and Rosè Valentini di Weinfeld Brut Millesimato, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes.
Valentini di Weinfeld Brut Millesimato
VALENTINI DI WEINFELD BRUT MILLESIMATO
Named after a pioneer of sparkling wine-making from Trentino who was active as early as 1899. 100% Chardonnay, from the breezy vineyards on the hills of Volano, this is Brut without any bells or whistles, presenting itself to connoisseurs as a Brut nature, with a delicate apple fragrance.
Valentini di Weinfeld Rosé Millesimato
VALENTINI DI WEINFELD ROSÈ MILLESIMATO
A Trentodoc in which the typical elegance of Chardonnay and
the structure of Pinot Noir meet together in perfect harmony.
This blend is characterized by a complex bouquet, with fruity hints of berries,
black currant and Golden Delicious apple.
The taste is rich, very balanced and with great persistence.
Thanks to their close friendship developed over the years, in 2009, as lovers of metodo classico sparkling wine, they started to produce it, almost for fun.
the Trentino region.
