The winery’s vineyards are cultivated at an altitude of 600 metres in the Val di Cembra, an area well suited to growing grapes to make the sparkling wine base. A visit to their wine shop will lead to a cheerful and informal toast.
Created from select Chardonnay grapes grown in the Val di Cembra, chosen because of the geographical location of the vineyards in terms of exposure, altitude and the characteristics of the land. This wine is a bright straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is elegant with fruity notes of Golden Delicious. Great for an important aperitif or an everyday meal.
It is made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Val di Cembra. It is bright antique pink, with an elegant and intense aroma, and fruity notes of redcurrants and wild strawberries. It has a fresh, intense flavour and an aftertaste with pleasant hints of yeast. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with many appetizers, as well as fish and white meat dishes.
Thanks to their close friendship developed over the years, in 2009, as lovers of metodo classico sparkling wine, they started to produce it, almost for fun.
